Fuss-free comms with boss. Booked slot for wash and got back bike in sparkling condition after an hour. Another reviewer mentioned that it’s great to have a bike wash service in Jurong West - I totally agree and recommend Dr. Bikes. Thank you!

Dr. Bikes did an awesome job. The bike came back crazy clean, with serious attention to detail in every part. You can tell a lot of care went into it. Highly recommend if you want your bike looking brand new.

Really great attention to detail on your bike and very friendly atmosphere. Treats your bike like their own 💯

Tried Dr Bike for the first time after searching for bike wash services around Jurong West. Reviews looked promising so I booked a Saturday 10:45am slot through their online system.

When I arrived, the shop was closed — a bit confusing at first. Shortly after, the boss contacted me on WhatsApp (they must’ve seen me through the security cam) and apologised, mentioning there was a hiccup opening the shop. He asked me to take a seat while he rushed over.

He arrived around 15 minutes later, but the detailer hadn’t come yet. Altogether, I waited about an hour before the wash actually began.

That said… it was well worth the wait.

The detailer (didn’t get his name) was extremely meticulous — every part of the bike was carefully cleaned, including the chain. The boss even offered a complimentary ceramic coating to apologise for the delay.

For just $18 (Class 2B), the quality of the wash and the attention to detail really impressed me. Despite the rocky start, the service recovery was great and the final result was excellent.

✅ Will definitely recommend — and will return again!

Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable motorcycle servicing at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future maintenance!

Went over for their Grand Opening after seeing on TikTok. Service was done very efficiently despite the huge turnout! Also, tried their bike wash and it was really worth it! Left feeling very satisfied. Thank you Dr. Bikes, see you again very soon!

Honestly, human aspect is so good. They attend to you as though they are your friends and they handle your bike like it’s their very own. 5 star for every aspect you can think of
